Invite your guests to the world’s largest fair
Once a year, the Munich Oktoberfest festival attracts millions of people from all over the world who join together to celebrate, dance and enjoy the special festival beer alongside a number of Bavarian delicacies. Treat your best customers or most valued employees to this extraordinary experience. This VIP package delivers a unique stay and unforgettable events!
Excellent hotel
Your guests will stay in a cosy, premium hotel in Munich where a delicious, comprehensive breakfast is included.
Traditional costume hire
At the hotel, your guests will be provided with traditional costumes of the highest quality. These will be laid out in your guests’ rooms, awaiting them after check-in.
Luxury minivan transfers
A luxury minivan with a chauffeur will take your guests to the Oktoberfest and the after party, as well as providing return transfers to the hotel.
Nostalgic Oktoberfest guided tour
Many Oktoberfest fairground rides have a long tradition. This nostalgic guided tour that is included in the Oktoberfest trip provides your guests with interesting Oktoberfest facts and stories.
After party at one of the city’s hottest nightclubs
The Oktoberfest closes at 11pm, but your guests don’t have to end the night there because we’ll provide them with access to an after party in one of the trendiest nightclubs in town, where the celebrities mingle and dance the night away.
